Discovery Of Genetic Regulator Of Fat Metabolism And Muscle Fitness

An article published on Medical News Today talks about researchers from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine discovered that a genetic factor called Kruppel-like Factor 15 (KLF15) has a tremendous contribution to weight loss because it manages the ability of the body to burn fat during exercise.

Weight loss is always a popular topic, especially among females. However, as the obesity population gets larger and larger, weight loss has become a problem of the entire society, and we must take it more serious. Exercise is usually best treatment for obesity. If we could find something that helps us to burn fat more effectively and quickly along with exercise, the problem of obesity would be better resolved.

  1. I read the article i kind of found it interesting but what about people that have thyroid issues or even if they are exercising cant reduce anything i mean does it mean the KLF15 isn't working or doing anything for people that thyroid issues? None the less, I definitely agree that exercise is the best way to loose weight and keep your body healthy and if a genetic factor called Kruppel like Factor 15 can help burn fat and reduce obesity then it would help resolve obesity problems

  2. I agree exercise and fitness training are the best ways to workout but it takes more than just showing up to work. You just can't go through the motions in your exercise and fitness routine. You have to have to put the work in and push yourself to get results.
