Exercise can reduce effect of obestity gene

Ruth Loos from the Medical Research Council Epidemiology Unit in Cambridge, UK has recently complied research with FTO gene, otherwise known as by the fat mass and obsesity gene. She suggests that living a physically active can reduce the effects  of the FTO gene. The effect of the gene appears to be 30% more weak in adults who are indeed physically active. This new finding disagrees with the people who say they are genetically obese. People can in fact make a lifestyle change and can control their weight.
