DHA and Babies’ Brains
With so many option for prenatal nutritional supplements, nearly all these product boast a “brain nourishing” omega-3 acid called DHA, despite decades of research, its still not clear how DHA boost brain health in babies. A systematic review of studied by Cochrane collaboration concluded there’s no evidence that fish oil improve brain development.
