Genetically Troubled Kids?

 Are kids intentionally misbehaving in child-care settings such as care centers and preschools?
The answer to this question is indefinite - yes and no. The following research explained below can help explain why through the concept of genetics and possible resolutions.

          Research performed by Oregon State University and other academic schools have findings of why kids are misbehaved through the concept of genetics. From taking a sampling size of 233 adopted families of 10 different states, data was obtained consisting of the biological parents and their kids genes. The adoptive parents' personality, or characterization, was a controlling factor. With these findings, it has been stated that most of the time the kids' behavior problems are directly proportional with the negative emotion and self-control of the birth parents, meaning there is a genetic linkage. Testing the controlling factor gives the same results which proves this relationship is a genetic linkage through the study.
          According to the assistant professor, Shannon Lipscomb, in the human development and family sciences department of Oregon State University in Cascades, the findings through research are seen a multiple of times. The research was performed with disregard to the struggles that the elders (teachers) go through to providing the best possible environment for the kids in these types of settings. However, there were no other successful reasons to prove why kids misbehaved. Hence she says the concern on all kids developing behavior problems can stop. Resolutions should be more of a worry to make sure the kids have a bright future.
         
           In my opinion, Shannon is thinking correctly with resolutions to be found. Even though studies have shown that it is a genetically linked trait, it could also be from problems at home within their parents. How they are treated and taught manners. What they witness at home in their parents habits. And I am not talking about only biological parents but adoptive as well. When the problems at home are not environmentally well then most kids would cause trouble for attention and love. Kids even cause trouble when things are uptight at home and more than well-mannered. The kids futures need to be thought of and how they could be bettered. Firstly, the environment of a child needs to be the best as possible. Another would be for the teachers or the caregivers of the centers to make appointment times with the parents and discuss their kids process. These meetings between the teachers and parents can assist the parents in knowing what to work on at home. They can also question each other on what is done and what needs to be done and how. In short, this a problem that is genetically linked but is also from environmental problems. If things are not resolved then the futures of the kids can be terrible in many aspects.
