Early Diagnosis of Alzheimer's May Be possible
Scientists in Nottingham have made a great discovery in the detection and prevention of Alzheimer's disease. Their research shows that many people affected by the disease have abnormal levels of several proteins in their spinal fluid. If people begin to test for these abnormal protein levels, the likelihood of them getting the disease could be assessed and they may be able to start therapies and medications for the disease sooner.

Are any treatments seemingly successful in the treatment at any stage (especially such an early stage) or at this point is it more of just informative of whether you are more likely to develop the disease?
