What we should be feeding ourselves as well as our genes...

The question that is always on someones mind is... "What should I be eating?" There are tons of articles in magazines, newspapers, and websites all claiming to know what the ideal balanced meal for your body is. However, what if you knew how your body, or more importantly your genes respond to the foods you eat and also how it effects the cellular processes that makes us un-healthy or healthy, it would make it a lot easier to get the results you want/need. In this article researches  from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU)  show the world the scientific way to serve-up their meals that can help limit the risks of  most diseases that are caused by the lifestyle choices we make in our daily lives. I found this article to be fascinating not only because of the way the researches approached the problem with different experiments they under-go, but how they also understood the relationship between diet, digestion and the effect it had on someones health as well as their immune system and why the foods are good for us.
