I think that this technology can cross an ethical line quickly so I think that if the world continues to use such technology, there should definitely be a "check and balance" system to keep countries in line. This technology can serve many great purposes that can save lives or create a better life for someone. However, it will only take one person with an extreme amount of money to bribe someone to use this technology for unethical reasons. This can be very dangerous even if scientists use this for "ethical" reasons since we still do not know the full effect of this technology.
