Diabetes is very difficult to deal with as I've seen many family members struggle with it. If they can extract the venom from the spines they have and be able to release the platypus after, this could be an incredible discovery in the coming years. I imagine testing is currently in progress, will be interested to keep up with the studyAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02968845625654749155noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3360356351594869925.post-77673695713428823962016-11-29T16:56:14.054-05:002016-11-29T16:56:14.054-05:00This is very interesting, but if tests are further...This is very interesting, but if tests are further done, how are they getting the venom? I would not want harm caused to animals for something that is a part of their body. It also makes me wonder what, how, who this venom effects. When another animal gets the venom in the body does it die, have neurological symptoms, or anything similar? I agree this would have to be studied and researched for much longer before trying anything new. Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17030500848560384596noreply@blogger.com
